Vincent Wong – Co-founder

Ex-Private banker with keen interest in Social Enterprise development and impact investing.

Hands on experience including serving as consultant for transforming a NGO-funded Rehabilitation Centre for the Elderlies to a self-sustainable social enterprise and the development of an award winning business plan for an online platform that teaches kids Financial Literacy.

Over 20 years of experience with reputable banks including HSBC, BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank.

Linus Chan – Exco Member/Action Learning Coach

Currently an EMBA candidate at Henley Business School with over 20 years of experience in running different types of businesses from manufacturing to service-oriented – in Hong Kong and the US.  Proven track record demonstrating competencies as a strategic and systems thinker, and a professional coach for developing future leaders.

Linus is passionate about helping individuals and organizations fully develop their potentials, for his vision and mission are to help create a world in which each and every capable person has the opportunity to become his or her best. 

To realize his dreams, Linus finds Action Learning uniquely suitable for developing leaders, for the process/methodology will jolt people out of their habitual behaviors and entrenched thinking patterns, develop systems thinking, and enhance the creative problem solving capacilities of individuals, team s and organisations.

Jake Tang – Adviser


Jake has been a disabled person since born. Since childhood, he has learned to overcome challenges and difficult situations with even greater efforts and unyielding determination.  Jake got his first degree at the age of 22 and finished his Master degree studies when he was 26.  
In 1997, Jake started his own business by operating 2 learning centres for children and teenagers.  He has been senior management in various organizations.  Jake is currently a registered social worker and is now a Training Consultant.  His training is to use his own successful stories to help other people to succeed.
Awards : “The Outstanding Trainer 2013 in Communication Skills Training Course” by the Open University of Hong Kong & “Hong Kong Spirit Ambassador 2013”
